I have just done the same test with the map file i am busy uploading, the log is fine and the game runs great. If you have done the same test and you still having problems, it might be a problem with my map upload on Google drive. Hence i am busy uploading a fresh one to be sure.

Ok first thing. I am re-uploading to make sure something didn't go wrong.
Next, make sure your game is up to date with the latest patch.
Next, Follow these simple steps to verify you do not have a mod creating problems:
1. Make a folder on your desktop “Temp”
2. Move everything from your mods folder to the temp folder so that your mods folder is
empty.
3. Now unzip everything in my map download into your mods folder
4. Check the folder list at bottom and make sure you have only these ones
5. Do not add anything or remove any of these (these mods are needed to run the map)
6. Run the game and…

I cant get it to work, both with and without seasons. and courseplay. getting infinite loading screen
